    Elizabeth ("Betsy") McIntyre directs all development operations for the Child Mind Institute, establishing and overseeing the strategy, planning, growth and management of the development department. Supervising a 6-person development team, she plays a leadership role in the successful execution of CMI's fundraising initiatives, including the annual benefit, other annual appeals, corporate partnerships, foundation giving, and the capital campaign.  Prior to joining the Child Mind Institute Betsy was a senior consultant at CCS Fundraising, and she brings years of social sector, management and consulting experience to her role. David directs the design and implementation of budget modeling and projection tools to support and advance the Child Mind Institute's strategic goals.  David is in charge of creating/updating financial policies and procedures.
