Prior to joining forces with Dr. Koplewicz, she managed the production office and personal properties of the director Mike Nichols for many years.     Lisa Hernandez Gioia oversees all development initiatives at the Child Mind Institute, including major gifts, the capital campaign, and the annual fund. Gioia has been a fundraiser in New York for over 10 years. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and is a graduate of the University of Washington. In 2000 she started her own fundraising firm called the Esler Group, which grew to have a staff of 12 and earned a reputation for its innovative and goal-driven ideas.     As the Chief of Staff, Tim Kelly coordinates and oversees the Child Mind Institute’s yearly objectives across and integrated within clinical, science and innovation, and education initiatives. In this role, Tim works closely with all executive staff members to ensure effective communication of information, tools, and resources needed to carry out their work, and takes the lead on initial meetings with potential collaborative partners. He is also involved in the Child Mind Institute’s infrastructure and operational planning, directly supervising security, facilities, and IT administration.
